Job Description To be the first point of contact for Employee Relations support, guidance & advice which contributes to the development and maintenance of a positive culture across Aramark, and which is supportive of the HR strategy and objectives.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide accurate and practical first point-of-contact Employee Relations advice and admin support to Managers that will lead to the resolution of day-to-day ER/HR queries, issues, and concerns.
• Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day administration activities using systems and databases, such as uploading data and generating reports, logs, metrics, and statistics.
Developing and publishing all necessary procedure documents/process flows.
• Providing relevant HR letters, forms, templates, policies, manager guidelines, and guidance as required to Managers.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of employment law and industry best practices to ensure the advice given supports the maintenance of an up-to-date HR culture within Aramark.
• Ensure all ER cases are up to date on our case management system, contain all relevant information and correspondence, and are escalated to the relevant HR Business Partner/Employee Relations Specialist promptly as required.
• Support specific HR projects as required by the HR strategy.
• Support the HR team with the design, maintenance, storing, and communications of HR policies and management of complex ER cases.
• Support the ER Specialist and HR Business Partners with preparing third-party cases where required.
• Support in the design and delivery of HR training workshops to Managers.
Job Responsibilities Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: • 1 year's experience within a busy HR environment.
• Ideally, CIPD qualified or desire to qualify.
• First-class IT skills with excellent Word, Excel & PowerPoint are essential, as well as some experience in using an HR platform, ideally SAP Success Factors.
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
• Communicate effectively in a style appropriate to the audience.
