ER/HR Advisor - Dublin MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning organisation, as they look to add an ER/HR Advisor to their team, on a full-time, fixed-term contract basis for 12 months. This role has a high potential of becoming permanent. The role: You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining positive employee relations across the company. The focus is on managing grievances, investigations, disciplinaries, streamlining processes to ensure compliance and promote harmonious working relationships. The successful candidate will also provide Generalist HR support when required. The main responsibilities: Manage the timely investigation of issues and hearings. Produce comprehensive and clear investigation reports and/or outcome letters. Manage the Disciplinary process, coordinate meetings and other formal processes required. Preparation for third-party hearings. Oversee the development and implementation of policies, process and procedures, and best practices related to employee relations. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of employee relations processes and identify areas for improvement. Identify skill gaps and work with the Learning and Development Manager to develop training programs. Provide support and advisory services on all HR related matters to all divisions/departments as well as individual employees. Manage the TUPE process and required due diligence. Assist managers in meeting the recruitment needs of their department. This list is not exhaustive of all requirements of this role. The ideal candidate: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. CIPD or equivalent qualification desirable. At least three years of experience in a similar role. Significant exposure to restructuring, redundancies, TUPE transfers, changes to terms and conditions, policy changes, with demonstrable experience contributing to and delivering change. Hands-on experience and knowledge of Irish legislation. What's on offer: Salary €45k - €50k (flexible depending on experience). Hybrid working. Free parking on site.
