They are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join the team.

They're re looking for a candidate with significant expertise in estimating within construction, a minimum of three years' relevant experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Produce accurate, commercially viable, and technically sound estimates to support project wins.
Analyse drawings, specifications, and documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
Manage multiple tenders simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Compile detailed bills of quantities or price bills of quantities provided by clients/design teams.
Liaise with clients to clarify changes in scope and address queries during the bidding process.
Conduct site visits and surveys to fully understand project scope.
Perform detailed analysis of tenders and prices from the supply chain.
Provide feedback on successful and unsuccessful tenders to improve processes.
Stay informed on current building techniques, regulations, and codes of practice, ensuring compliance.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in estimating practices.
Requirements Proven experience as an estimator within the construction sector A minimum of three years' proven experience in estimating roles.
Thorough knowledge of building regulations, standards, and construction techniques.
Strong IT Skills A team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across departments.
A full Irish driving licence.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
