Role Description This is a full-time on-site Estimator role at KCC Group in Dublin.
The Estimator will be responsible for planning, producing, and providing accurate cost estimates for complete door, access control, specialist glazing, and partition solutions.
Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project requirements, conducting material and labor cost analysis, and preparing detailed project estimates.
Qualifications Experience in construction estimating, cost analysis, and project planningKnowledge of building materials, codes, and regulationsStrong analytical and mathematical skillsProficiency in estimating software and Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work well in a team and meet deadlinesRelevant certification or degree in Construction Management or related field is a plusIf you think you would be suitable for this role, please send your CV and cover letter to ******
