Allied Global Marketing is looking to engage an Event Producer to successfully execute event builds and productions for key agency clients. This is a contractor/freelance position. Ideally, the contractor will bring their own unique vision and style to client campaigns and a deep passion for experiences/events.

Services: Manage client campaigns from strategy/pitch to implementation. Manage campaign timelines and implementation plans. Liaise with clients/stakeholders to manage project expectations. Manage client account administration in a professional and timely manner, ensuring deadlines are managed and met. Coordinate with internal Creative and Production teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns, time management, and deliverables. Provide regular updates on project deliverables to senior members of the team. Prepare and manage campaign budgets, ongoing reconciliations with client/suppliers/stakeholders with sign off and approval from an Account Director. Liaise with suppliers to source and track campaign costs. Build strong relationships and regularly liaise with your assigned Attend client meetings. Contractor Profile: 3+ years of experience in an events agency or event production role. Good financial acumen. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office/Word. Very strong attention to detail. In-depth knowledge of experiential marketing campaigns/activities. Details: The contractor will be based in the Dublin area, but will have the discretion to work from our Dublin office or remotely. The contractor may be required to attend certain in-person meetings and events or travel internationally from time to time. The contractor will invoice the company for their services monthly, based on the agreed terms of the contract.
