Staff Car Parking Responsibilities of the Duty Manager As a Duty Manager, you'll oversee the seamless day-to-day operations of all hotel departments, ensuring every guest experience is unforgettable.
Your responsibilities will include: Leading with a hands-on approach to guarantee the smooth running of hotel operations.
Hosting daily team briefings to ensure clear communication across departments.
Inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
Training, mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement among staff.
Managing staff rosters and maintaining cost efficiency to meet target GP.
Handling cash, card transactions, banking, and sales reporting with precision.
Driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Requirements of the Duty Manager Proven management experience in a similar hotel setting.
Strong Food & Beverage expertise with a passion for hospitality.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide your team.
Outstanding time management and organisational abilities.
Attention to detail and computer literacy.
Flexibility to work a 5 over 7-day schedule.
A valid work permit and documentation.
