Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service support to clients in Irish/Gaelic.
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on service best practices.

Requirements Fluent in both Irish/Gaelic and English, with excellent communication skills.
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
