Executive Assistant The opportunity Due to exceptional growth across all areas of our business, we have several exciting opportunities for Executive Assistants to join the team in EY Ireland.

You will be joining a team of Executive Assistants, where your experience in business communication will help you to build effective relationships with our most senior leaders/partners, with a core focus on building strong, diverse, and effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities would be to Act as an ambassador and first point of contact for allocated PartnersProvide comprehensive diary management, making decisions on your own initiative to resolve conflicts and maximise Partner timeProactive travel management to include researching and booking travel, creating detailed itineraries, and assistance with visasFacilitate logistical arrangements and attend events as required, proactively ensuring appropriate meeting spaces and catering is availableCollate and process expenses and invoices ensuring compliance with policy and approval processPrepare and submit timesheetsEngage with Partner teams to understand business needs and prioritiesProvide administrative support to strategic internal projects where requiredLiaise with EAs within the wider team and the entire EY networkAdditional responsibilities may require you to Ensure documentation is prepared in advance of meetingsManage communications and monitor Partner email inboxes taking appropriate action, escalating, or delegating accordinglyPrepare and revise internal/client documents prior to circulationMaintain client databases and updating contacts in our CRM systemSkills and attributes for success A proven track record of supporting and working at senior executive levelA strong, confident communicator with both excellent written and oral communications skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and clientsAbility to build relationships with and work as part of a team, ensuring seamless service to the firm and clientsMeticulous attention to detailConfident in exercising own judgement and make decisions to prioritise, challenge, negotiate and influenceAbility to balance multiple and competing demands and remain calm under pressureA solution-orientated approach to situations and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, growing environmentProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and MS OutlookWhat we offer We offer a competitive remuneration package that rewards you for your individual and team performance.
