Our client, a Public Sector Body is seeking an Executive Assistant to join the financial services team. This is a full time permanent role based in Dublin. Hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 days from home. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality and efficient administrative support to the financial services team, including managing incoming phone and email communications, handling invoices, coordinating event logistics, and organizing team meetings.Assist the Divisional Management Team with calendar and scheduling needs.Update the Customer Relationship Management System and generate a weekly report to track progress toward team targets.Collaborate with Project Executives and Divisional Management to collect key metrics and data on organizational performance, ensuring these tasks are completed effectively.Provide day-to-day administrative support to the division, such as coordinating meetings, drafting support letters for clients requesting visas and work permits, and handling related tasks.Assist in preparing professional presentations and marketing materials.Engage in continuous learning and development through both formal and informal avenues, participating actively in the Performance Management and Development Review Process.Promote dignity, respect, and equality throughout the organization, supporting a healthy work-life balance as much as possible.Uphold the organization's values of people, professionalism, commitment to performance, and public service at all times.Show flexibility by taking on additional tasks as assigned and maintaining clear communication with colleagues across various time zones and cultural backgrounds.Requirements: A third level qualification, or actively working towards a third level qualification, is preferred.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Capable of performing effectively under pressure, independently, and with a proactive approach.Some responsibilities will involve travel and may require work beyond standard office hours.Salary Scale: €26,304 to €44,029 per annum contributory superannuation. Rising by long service increments to €45,326 (after 3 years satisfactory service at the maximum of the range). Please note there is no salary negotiation, any successful candidate is required to start at the minimum of the salary scale.
