Responsibilities include:
Provide administrative support to the General ManagerCarry out daily administrative activities of the Executive office while adhering to the Conrad Standards, policies, and proceduresCoordinate QA standards and action planCoordinate and support special projectsSupport with Insurance claimsSupport with the rollout of refurbishment projectsEnsure all communications, particularly relating to owners and guests, are handled promptly and professionallyReceive and distribute mailEnsure outgoing mail is dispatched in a timely mannerProvide minutes to Executive Team Meetings and compile management reports in a timely and accurate manner if necessaryMaintain adequate supplies of office stationeryIdentify and build internal and external relationshipsCarry out all filingComply with all key security mandatesReport any maintenance issues or hazardsMaintain own work area in a clean, tidy, and good mannerAssist with special projects related to the Executive OfficeAssist with organizing events for the team in the hotelHandle guest complaints and support with rewriting SOPs if requiredThe ideal candidate should be: Passionate and willing to learnGenuinely friendly and caringEnjoy working as part of a teamAmbitious and hardworkingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent administration and IT skillsCommitted to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externallyFlexible to respond to a range of different work situationsAbility to work under pressureHotel experience would be beneficial
