Based in South Dublin, and a front-runner within their industry, this firm is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support several Directors within one of their busiest brands.
With offices all over the globe, including Europe, Australia, the US, and Canada, this will be a really busy role, supporting senior leadership on a range of projects, and will be an excellent permanent opportunity for someone driven and highly organize, who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
As their new Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for: Extensive diary management managing multiple and conflicting schedules Managing communications and email inboxes on behalf of the Directors Scheduling meetings and ensuring that the Director is briefed and well prepared Coordinating travel and booking accommodation across global locations Assisting in the arrangement of off-site meetings and team events Preparing for, participating in, and note-taking for a range of business meetings Maintaining relationships with global board members, stakeholders and counterparts Preparing and drafting reports, presentations, correspondence and documents Supporting on ad-hoc projects as required Acting as point of contact for the team of Directors The skills you need to be the next Executive Assistant with our client include: 5+ years EA experience is essential Ability to manage multiple stakeholder needs with ease Experience in global travel arrangements and diary management Excellent organisation and time management skills Ability to balance and manage multiple and conflicting tasks and priorities Whats on offer?
