We would like to invite applications for the role of Executive Assistant at our Swords office.
This role is primarily supporting the Country General management and will also involve some elements of office management and project co-ordination.
The role is an exciting opportunity to work within the dynamic and ever changing environment of Teva Pharma.
This role is based in Swords and is a full time perm position for the right candidate.
Our office in Swords is the commercial hub for Teva Ireland.
If you're dedicated, energetic and detail-oriented, this could be the perfect role for you!A Day in the Life of our Executive Assistant Diary management for the Country General manager and the leadership team (5 people) Attend leadership meetings, record, and disseminate the action points Proactively follow up on action point responsibilities and deadlines Manage the administrative function for the commercial team including attendance, mileage, holiday, budget, training records and report these within required timelines Co-ordinate the logistics for events such as sales conferences, management meetings, induction and training, travel itineraries etc.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer related queries – triage and redirect as appropriate.
Act as liaison between local business leads and global procurement to manage the interface between vendors and Teva Ireland.
Act as office manager to ensure the smooth running of the office Create, implement and management of appropriate new administration systems in line with internal SOP's and QMS Who we are looking for Are you….
Experienced in working in a professional environment reporting to senior management?
A highly organised people person who is excited to work with senior members of the team?
Able to work as part of a team as well as to their own initiative?
Do you have….
5 years plus executive assistant/office manager experience?
Strong MS office skills?
Experience in diary management, events co-ordination and acting as support to senior leadership?
A proactive and "can do" approach to your work?
