Executive Assistant (12 Month FTC) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading firm in Ireland, renowned for its exceptional growth across all business areas.
The company is offering several exciting opportunities for Executive Assistants to become part of a dynamic team.
This role is perfect for those who excel in business communication and are looking to build effective relationships with senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for allocated Partners.
Provide comprehensive diary management, resolving conflicts to maximise Partner time.
Proactive management of travel arrangements, including booking and creating detailed itineraries.
Facilitate logistical arrangements for events, ensuring appropriate meeting spaces and catering.
Collate and process expenses and invoices in compliance with policy.
Engage with Partner teams to understand business needs and priorities.
Provide administrative support to strategic internal projects as required.
Key Skills and Requirements Proven track record of supporting and working at a senior executive level.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact with senior management and clients.
Relationship-building skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
Decision-making skills, with the confidence to prioritise, challenge, negotiate, and influence.
Ability to handle pressure, balancing multiple and competing demands.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
