Shorts, Production and Development Applications Coordinator Executive Officer Level Our client is hiring an Executive Officer to join their team in the film and TV industry.

Full-time€20.08 per hourHybrid workingKey Responsibilities Assist in administration for various schemes run by the Shorts and Production & Development departments.Maintain accurate records of Shorts and Production & Development activities using the internal ASTARs database system, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and correctly filed.Processing the Production, Development, Distribution and Shorts online applications to determine eligibility through the ASTARs system.Coordinating with the IT department and updating application forms based on guideline changes and coordinating their publication with the Marketing Unit.Collaborate with IT to update and improve ASTARS for internal and external users and troubleshoot and escalate unresolved system problems.Provide clerical support to both the Production & Development and Shorts teams, including creating agendas, notetaking during meetings, managing inbox queries, coordinating assessment meetings, correspondence and recommendation reports.Support the implementation of workflow systems, contributing to the development of more efficient administrative processes within the teams.Key Skills/Competencies A minimum of two years' experience in a comparable position is required.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and management to support shared goals.Clear verbal and written communication skills, particularly in drafting correspondence and managing inquiries.Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple administrative duties.High level of accuracy in handling administrative tasks, including record keeping and documentation.Competent in using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Teams for daily tasks and communication.Ability to work in a dynamic environment, showing flexibility in meeting the changing needs of the organisation.Demonstrate a professional approach when dealing with external stakeholders and team members.This job description is not intended to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties, or responsibilities.
