We have 18 communities in five states including MI, NY, NC, OH, and PA.
Position Summary To lead and direct the overall operations of the community in accordance with customer needs, government regulations, and Premier Senior Living policies, with a focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents while achieving the community's business objectives.
Minimum Requirements: 3 years of operations experience working in Senior Living, Assisted Living, and/or Memory Care.
Current and valid administrator license or state approval in the community's stated location.
Current valid documentation of successful completion of the "American Red Cross" or "American Heart Association" CPR/First Aid Certification for Health Care Providers (BLS).
Meet all health requirements including TB and all required immunizations.
