Cpl Recruitment are looking for a Permanent Search Coordinator to join a Public Sector Organisation. Must have Executive Search Recruitment Experience.
Responsibilities: Coordination and tracking of recruitment campaigns.Act as a point of contact between different bodies to support with shortlisting and candidate meetings.Produce weekly status reports on the progress of each interview.Maintenance of a contacts database for all key stakeholder contacts across the appointments process.Researching general market trends in senior executive and non-executive recruitment and remuneration.Requirements: 4+ years experience in Executive Search.Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.Intermediate Excel skills.Report writing/review skills.If this sounds like a role you would be interested in, please email your CV to ******.
