Key Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and service.
Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain a high standard of culinary excellence.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation across all kitchen sections.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring the kitchen operates within budget.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef in menu development and recipe creation.
Step in for the Executive Chef in their absence, ensuring the smooth running of kitchen operations.
About You: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional culinary knowledge with a passion for fine dining and high-end cuisine.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Knowledge of health and safety standards and food regulations.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
