Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Experienced Accounts Assistant for a large company based in Cork This is a Full time permanent position and a great opportunity to work in a busy company Hybrid will be offered after probation period and is negotiable for the candidate Our client offers professional services in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and overall business advice.
And has a very extensive and diverse client base, from sole traders to multinational companies.
The successful candidate will get great exposure and join a very strong team.
Each team member manages their own portfolio of clients.
The candidate will be responsible for their own portfolio of clients as well as supporting the team and senior management.
Experienced Accounts Assistant, with experience in management accounts to join our team.
East Cork/ Carrigtwohill Full Time On site Hybrid thereafter probation Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
Data entry on Accounts packages & Excel Reconciliations bank, debtors, creditors, VAT, wages Preparation and completion of VAT returns Payroll Runs ( limited) training to be provided Preparation of Accounts to review stage Management Accounts / KPI Reporting Occasional off-site support to clients General duties to assist on projects and the maintenance of clients systems etc.
Key skills Previous experience work in accountancy and related practices would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who can work on their own initiative and will have.
Knowledge of accounting packages is an advantage A proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience using Client Management Systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to deliver top quality customer service.
