Must have previous experience in dealing with clients and tenants.
Must have excellent P.C skills.
Must have experience in dealing with building administration and scheduling service call outs etc.
Excellent English is a must and must be available for full time work.
(appropriate Visa/Passport/Right to work required)   Job Specs Full-time Permanent Monday to Friday (some adhok weekends may be requested) Day Shift 0800-1800 €14.50 plus €1.25 per hour site allowance, plus €1.00 per hour on Sunday (ERO)  Requirements PSA (Private Security Authority) License essential Experience in Security Operations + 2 years Ability to communicate with stake holders in a professional manner High level of administration capabilities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English Strong IT skills Eligibility to work in Ireland     Your duties would include Protection of property Building administration Scheduling Service call-outs Prevention of theft and damage Access control Address any incidents that may arise in a timely manner and in line with company policies Completion of logs and reports as required Offer direction and support to onsite visitors if necessary Additional duties as necessary
