Location: Dublin 2, as part of our hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office per week). Contract type: Perm A snapshot of your peer group: Our recruitment team join KPMG Ireland typically with 3-5 years previous recruitment experience.Many of our recruitment specialists have previous recruitment agency experience.We are a team who enjoy working in an energetic environment and providing a best-in-class recruitment experience. This includes frequent interaction with senior stakeholders to ensure we are continuously enhancing our relationships with our hiring managers and the wider organisation.We love to innovate and we always welcome new ideas! Aside from our experience in advertising, employer branding, employee referrals, headhunting and event management, we continuously look for ways to improve how we work together as a team.We are valued amongst all our senior stakeholders, and we are viewed as one of the critical components to the overall success of our organisation.In order to achieve all of the above, we maintain strong communication skills, solid attention to detail and remain reliable and supportive to each other as a team.Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect: Manage the full recruitment life cycle for key business units across the firm to include:
Proactively attracting and headhunting candidates directly via a range of methods to include but not limited to: career websites, LinkedIn Recruiter and employer branding campaigns.Promoting the employee referral scheme with a view to increasing the number of hires from this source.Developing a good understanding of professional services, specifically the roles and business units assigned.Building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal clients / hiring partners as well as candidates.Short-listing applications, conducting competency-based interviews and assessments, providing timely feedback to candidates, clients and recruitment agencies.Decrease cost per hire and time to hire metrics whilst maintaining a high quality of hire.Preparing and negotiating job offers.Providing quarterly stats to our hiring managers.When required, assisting with presentations to the wider HR department.Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for newly hired employees and proactive candidate management to ensure they are engaged throughout.Your team: The KPMG recruitment team forms part of the Human Resources department and consists of 14 people currently who are responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment and selection activity including; experienced hiring, college recruitment and global opportunities.
