Job Description: Work closely with the TD Securities European Corporate Real Estate Team to ensure the team operates and is supported on a consistent, proactive and effective basis across the European footprint.Effectively manage the provision of Soft and Hard Facilities Management Services in Ireland, taking ownership of current processes to create and continually develop, with vendors, appropriate playbooks to cover all areas of real estate activity whilst ensuring issues are escalated to the European Corporate Real Estate Operational Lead where necessary.Apply project management skills to a variety of large and/or complex facilities projects, including capital renovations and the implementation of maintenance and repair projects.Assist and cooperate with Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity / Incident Response / Change Management teams as required.Advancing and implementing plans for various emergency scenarios, including natural disasters, fires, and other crises, including training staff on emergency procedures across the European real estate footprint.Support further development of ESG initiatives across the European real estate footprint, incorporating Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) in Ireland, and future sustainability directives.Effectively manage the office space, incorporating any required moves and changes, at an operational level, ensuring effective delivery and escalation of issues.Person Specification: Background within Facilities Management / Real Estate (highly desirable).Experience of working with contractors, suppliers and monitoring of service level agreements advantageous across multiple locations.A track record of delivering successful outcomes, utilising observations and informed decision making to source a solution and achieve value for money whilst effectively handling stakeholder expectations.Highly organised with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage partner expectations in a hands-on role.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, persuade and communicate with people at all levels within the organisation and with local and regional stakeholders.Recognised facilities qualification i.e. IWFM, IOSH, NEBOSH (advantageous).Collaborative, flexible and delivery focused worker able to manage own priorities and demands of the workload within a multiple location Real Estate environment.Open individual that empowers others, builds good team relations across multiple locations.Cooperates with people inside and outside the team and questions the status quo even if it is discouraged to do so.Excellent administration and organisational skills, PC / IT skills generally and particularly in the Microsoft Office package.Who We Are: TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
