We are now inviting applications for a Facilities Project Manager to join the Musgrave team. The Facilities Project Manager will collaborate with cross functional teams, including Facilities, HR and Technology, to design and deliver workspace projects across Musgrave office locations on the island of Ireland. This will include planning, designing, co-ordinating and overseeing projects across all aspects of building functions and our physical working environment.
The key responsibilities of this position include: Work closely with teams and business stakeholders to understand workspace and facilities needs.Co-ordinate capacity planning and reviews to ensure maximised use of Musgrave sites and office space and ensure equipment and building provisions are in place and meeting health and safety and accessibility requirements.Manage multiple simultaneous projects from design through completion in accordance with company objectives.Manage vendor relationships and coordinate activities on site/s to ensure minimal impact on operational activities whilst ensuring lowest costs are achieved.Monitor the quality of the work carried out through audits and the ongoing review of breakdowns.Monitor / report / engage to and with all project stakeholders on progress / performance as required.Delivery of all projects on time, to budget and meet the required quality standards.Formulation and management of budgets for all contracts under their control to ensure that cost control is effective in ensuring that financial objectives are met.Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the service delivery against agreed Service Level Agreements.The successful candidate will have / be: 5+ years' experience working in a similar role and track record of delivering high quality results.Proven track record of managing and delivering office design projects.Experience in Facilities management.Health and Safety experience.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Good decision-making skills with the ability to solve problems in a fast-moving environment.Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Ability to plan, organise own work, and ensure others meet agreed deadlines.Degree in Engineering/Facilities or relevant experience.This is an 18-month contract role. The work location for the role is flexible to Dublin or Cork. Musgrave operates a Work Smart hybrid working model where you can alternate your time between connecting and collaborating in the business and working remotely. Occasional business travel to other locations will also be required.
