With a team of 40 dedicated employees, this role is pivotal to ensuring the highest standards of quality and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Management:Provide strategic leadership and direction to the facility, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Oversee a team of 40 employees, ensuring effective people management, development, and engagement.Quality Assurance:Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain the highest quality standards across the production process.Health and Safety:Promote and ensure a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.Operations Management:Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient production processes and on-time delivery of products.Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.Maintenance:Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.Supply Chain:Manage supply chain operations, including procurement and inventory control, to ensure seamless production flow.Financial Management:Take responsibility for the site P&L, budget planning, and cost control to meet financial objectives.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in a food manufacturing environment.Proven track record of leadership, with strong people management skills.Excellent knowledge of quality assurance, health and safety standards, and operational best practices.Strong financial acumen and experience in managing site P&L.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
