Fibre Network Project Manager

OverviewWe are currently seeking a Fibre Network Project Manager to join our expanding team and help to take us to the next level.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop this account to fit the ambitious growth plans of the company.Based in our Dublin operations center, the successful candidate has responsibility for the delivery of the client project(s).
The key elements of this role are to co-ordinate specific aspects of the project, to ensure that the project meets the client expectations.
The Fibre Network Project Manager align the finer detail of the project workstreams across - survey, design, build & quality control.The roleThis role will suit an experienced, ambitious professional, capable of working in a dynamic environment in a direct client facing role on a Survey, Design and Build Project.
You must be comfortable working to and setting high standards for your team.
You will have key responsibility.ResponsibilitiesForecast, track and manage various projects within the client domain ensuring delivery on schedule and within cost as agreed with the clients and Entegro.Working closely with the department managers, ensuring that resource is fully utilised, and any contact demand is effectively coveredBuild a high-performance team; hiring and retaining the right talent in the right roles; sets goals, delegates work, holding reports accountable; develop and empower direct reports to make decisions and take action.
Monitors individual employee performance on an ongoing basis.
Responsible for conducting formal reviews with employees.Proactively isolating and identify areas of improvement – driving resolve.Issue scheduled reports to clients and Entegro senior management.Tracking costs and ensuring PO's are in place to cover works assigned.Programme works with a detailed efficiency to ensure maximum output.Ensure that sites align to the programme agreed with the client and Entegro.Ensure that design, field staff and sub-contractors are aware of the projects contents and requirements prior to works commencing.Ensure stores management system is in place and consistently efficient.Ensure fleet requirements are communicated and actively managedConsistently review and ensure that all works adhere that Entegro's HSEQ and ISO standards.Track and manage daily, weekly and monthly outputs across all overheads.Effectively - training, communicating, mentoring, managing & motivating your teamDrive continuous improvement both in the technical and deployment domains. Key skills and experience: Essential5+ years in a similar positionSkilled in FttH networks across survey, design & build teamsExpert knowledge of trunk, feeder, and distribution architectures - design & build.Previous experience in design and build on the live power network is advantageousExperienced in both the use and development of design-based tools such as ArcGIS and QGISEssential previous experience in telecoms civils to purple book standards.Essential previous experience of managing survey, design & field-based teams' and sub-contractors.Ability to hold full project control and governanceFlexible and adaptable to work challenges and open to learn and develop skillsAbility to multi-task and work to a high standard consistentlyA high standard of written and spoken EnglishGood interpersonal skills and ability to work within a teamWillingness to travel as requiredFull drivers' licence.Proficient in Microsoft software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
