Field Sales Representative -Munster Cpl Recruitment are working with a Distribution Services company who are seeking a Dynamic Sales Representative on a permanent contract in the Cork Area. This is an exciting field-based sales opportunity for a self-starter. There is plenty of opportunity to grow within this well-established, Irish owned company. Primary Route areas include Cork, Kerry and Limerick. Day to day: *Build and maintain relationships with customers by meeting with them regularly to profile their needs and requirements, understand their business and deliver value-adding solutions. *Work the sales funnel end to end, prospecting, Closing leads, Cross Selling, Negotiation *Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance regularly. *Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner. *Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and quotations to potential customers. *Generate new business by prospecting, networking, and cold-calling. *Find new and innovative ways for business development Requirements: *Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role- Preferred *Full Irish drivers license -Essential. Car and fuel card provided *Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills *Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results consistently *Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques *A target driven individual who is self-motivated and resourceful Package: €30,000-€35,000 base salary + attractive monthly commission structure along with annual bonus based on performance and realistic targets.
