Field Service Engineer
€38,076.37 - €42,500 depending on experience
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be working with three great brands; Candy, Hoover and Haier. Visiting our customers in their homes across North Dublin and the surrounding area, you'll be providing technical solutions to their problems, fixing their appliances and providing a great customer experience.
We're looking for individuals who are self-motivated, well organized and have great technical and customer service skills. Experience can be from a variety of industries including White Goods, Gas, Electricity, Telecommunications and Building Maintenance or from a similar role where technical fault finding plays a key part. Regardless of your background, our City and Guilds assured in-house training and support has been designed to get you ready for success.
You'll need a full, valid driving licence and the ability to lift & manoeuvre heavy objects and work in restricted spaces, regularly engaging hand dexterity. Colour vision is also important to be able to distinguish between live, neutral and earth wires; offers of employment are subject to testing to ensure that candidates are able to comply with the basic health and safety requirements of the role.
€38,076.37 per annum starting salary if you're a Field Service Engineer who does not have White Goods/ Domestic Appliance experience. You'll have the opportunity to earn €42,500 once you're fully trained and meet the minimum requirements.€42,500 per annum starting salary if you have a minimum of 6 months recent White Goods Engineering experience.Bonus potential of up to €2,900 per annum.Enhanced rate overtime.32 days annual leave + 3 bank holidays.Extensive training.Brilliant staff discounts on products.Access to Reward Gateway which offers a wide range of retailer discounts.Apply now.
