Field Service Technician

Job Description Ashgrove Renewables, est 2001, is well established in the renewable energy sector.
In 2021 we launched a Home Energy Upgrade side to our business and plan a rapid expansion in 2024 and 2025. This is in line with the government's obligation & plan to upgrade 500,000 Irish homes by 2030.
This initiative is being driven by generous grants.
As part of our expansion, we are now seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team.
Role; To provide a complete level of service to our customers on-site which could include - commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating and validating  all products and services within our offering.
Undertake post install commissioning inspections Schedule site inspections Log and File job reports on our online CRM software Work in accordance with Health, Safety and Environmental regulation Provide phone and onsite troubleshooting as required.
The successful applicant will be a self starter, with strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable filing job reports on CRM software.
Requirements Sound knowledge and understanding of HVAC and renewable energy systems desirable 2 years experience in a similar role desirable Strong communication skills and the ability to work on own initiative Competent with MS Office suite.
