Responsibilities: Daily bookkeeping of source data in accounting system.Manage and complete bank reconciliations.Execute assigned controls in accordance with the Group Internal Control System.Review of expense documents submitted to Expense Management System for accuracy and completeness.Communicate with internal and external service providers regarding payments and documentation via chat, email, and shared mailbox management.Reconciliation of blockchain transactions.Archive, organize, and label bank ledgers, account statements, and portfolio reports efficiently.Payments execution and associated processes.Support the Finance team in preparing weekly management reports.Support in preparing information to be delivered to auditors.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within financial operations.Complete ad-hoc tasks promptly and provide support to other departments.Minimum Requirements: University or College degree in the field of Accounting and Finance.Accounting and finance experience of minimum of 3 years in a similar role and environment.Good knowledge of IFRS and GAAP.ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA qualifications or ongoing certification would be considered as an advantage.Proficiency in English language.Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.Proactive and willing to learn.
