Salary: 9-point salary scale pro-rata - €32,074-€41,656
Hours: 28 hrs per week (4 days per week)
Leave & Benefits: 25 days annual leave pro-rata; Employer pension contribution; Employee education assistance scheme.
Reporting To: CEO
Term: Permanent
Structure: Hybrid working, remote and flexible hours available

LGBT Ireland is a national organisation which provides quality support services to Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Trans and Intersex (LGBTI+) people across the country.
Informed by the issues and experiences raised through our frontline services, we also provide training and advocacy supports to enhance the visibility, inclusion and rights of LGBT people in Irish society.
To enhance the capacity of LGBT Ireland to deliver on its vital work, we are inviting applications for a Finance and Governance Officer.
Purpose of this Post:We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support the day-to-day financial and governance operations of LGBT Ireland.
This will include one day per week providing financial and administrative support to a Healthcare Access and Mental Health Promotion project we are partnering on, which is funded through the EU Horizons programme.
The post holder will work with the project coordinator to ensure all financial and governance deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within LGBT Ireland's dynamic staff team focused on the enhancement of human rights and wellbeing for the LGBTI+ community.
The organisation puts a strong emphasis on supporting and developing all team members, and the successful candidate will be provided with opportunities to enhance their skills through training and to contribute to the overall strategic development of the organisation.
