Finance Assistant - South Dublin Location: South County Dublin Type: Permanent Our Client, based in South Dublin, is hiring a Finance Assistant to join their team.
This role would suit someone with 1-2 years experience working within Finance.
You will report into the Financial Controller, assisting with the day to day running of the accounts department.

Salary: €36k DOE

Duties: Assisting both external and internal clients. Processing of Employee Expenses. Accounts Payable and Receivable processes. Managing volume discounts and rate cards. Update Funds Received Spreadsheet to reflect any new transactions. Assisting with the processing of invoices for the purchase ledger. Managing incoming emails to the Finance Inbox. Liaising with Partners and internal staff in relation to general finance queries. Assisting with VAT return. Maintaining the billing system. Other ad hoc duties. Knowledge & Experience: 1 year+ previous experience working in a finance focused position. Strong MS Office skills in particular Excel. Good team player. The ability to work well under pressure.
