We are looking for a detailed & collaborative Finance Business Partner (EU) to help build and lead forecasting for Monzo's European entity.
We want to bring our Monzo magic to the EU and redefine the way that people interact with money.
You will be at the forefront of ensuring we grow and scale in a safe and compliant manner, whilst delivering a delightful experience for our customers.
Being the single point of contact between the business and financeTaking end to end ownership of the P&L, balance sheet, cash and capital for that business area, working with all parts of the Finance CollectiveBuilding trusted relationships with the business leadership teamDriving and optimising commercial performance through deep engagement in product/customer strategy, pricing, scenario analysis and performance analytical insightsHolding the business leadership to account for delivery of forecast performance and helping them to course correct as well as anticipate future risks and opportunitiesLeading on the preparation of bottoms-up forecasts, both short and long range, working closely with the FP&A team to support the planning and stress testing cycleWorking with Treasury to inform customer behavioural analysis and with Financial Control on specific accounting judgement determinationBeing responsible for product level pricing model framework and ensuring pricing is in line with finance performance hurdlesUnderstanding and explaining actual performance and supporting FP&A to create appropriate narrativeContributing to the overall Monzo equity storyProviding support in building a highly competent and motivated team of financial analysts with clear objectives for ongoing development to partner with existing and new businessesLeading business partnering for specific area and helping represent the company's commercial dynamics to the wider teamWe'd love to hear from you if you have...
