Finance Business Partner Permanent full time (35 hours per week) Location: (Tullamore/Monasterevin) Please refer to the attached Job Description and person Specification.

We are currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner – They will be a suitably experienced individual who will work alongside different business departments and regions, creating a real and active partnership with both operations and finance.
They will provide financial information, tools, analysis and insight to Regional Directors and other members of the Executive Management Team, challenging their thinking, helping them make
decisions that are more informed and driving business priorities.

Their role will be to provide real-time support and analysis, to be a trusted advisor and to add value that will assist in decision-making.
As most managers and staff are not finance professionals, it is important that they have an ability to communicate their message, to understand their audience and deliver the information in a clear and user-friendly manner.

Person Specification · A demonstrable record of achievement in a finance role within a large complex
organisation including direct engagement with and influencing decision makers
regarding financial performance and control.

· Experience in a Section 38 publicly funded organisation strongly desirable.

· Experience in the preparation of financial costings.

· Experience in a leadership role with line management responsibility.

· Demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and manage resources, handle
multiple priorities concurrently, structuring and organising own workload and
that of others effectively.

· Effective report writing and communication of key message to non-finance
managers.

· Strong analytical ability.

· Communication & Interpersonal skills.

· Initiative and Motivation.

· Excellent organisational, logistical and I.T skills an advantage.
