As they continue to expand their client portfolio, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join their high-performing finance team.

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be a vital link between their clients and the finance team, ensuring the seamless delivery of accounting and reporting services.

Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of managed clients.Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and strategic discussions.Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality financial services and meeting client expectations.Oversee and coordinate the provision of accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory services to clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and add value to client relationships.Work closely with the finance team to address client needs and deliver on commitments.Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services.Client Growth and Retention:Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.Actively participate in business development initiatives to attract new clients.Qualifications:Qualified Accountant with at least 8 years PQE.Proven experience in client management within the financial services industry.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.What's on Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for career advancement within a growing organisation.Ongoing professional development and training.
