Finance Manager

What you need to know Our client, a highly successful and well-established global organisation, is currently seeking a Finance Manager for their facility in Waterford. Your new job You will be responsible for the financial accounting reporting function for a number of different entities and will report to the European Financial Controller. This is a contract role (18 months) with a strong salary and excellent benefits package.
Key duties & responsibilities: Manage the preparation of balance sheets, P&L statements, and other financial statements and reports for various legal entities.Review the accounts, identify issues, and resolve them.Prepare the management report for review with the European Financial Controller.Liaise with all legal entities and ensure accuracy of financial information.Liaise with external auditors on audits and statutory reporting.Responsible for ensuring the successful day-to-day finance operations including employee expenses, cash management, and payroll.Use Lean to drive process improvements.What are we looking for?
