Finance & Strategy Manager - High Growth Business

Our client, a leader in the high-growth innovation industry, are seeking a Finance & Strategy Manager to join their Dublin team and play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and financial planning.
The Role:Develop and maintain detailed financial models in Excel to support planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.Leverage Power Query to streamline analysis and manage large datasets effectively.Ensure financial models are accurate, flexible, and aligned with best practices to support business needs.Support the monthly forecasting process, analysing results and identifying key variances against budget.Create clear and impactful presentations to communicate financial insights and strategic outcomes.Work closely with teams across the organisation to align financial assumptions and deliver data-driven recommendations.The person:Skilled in building and managing comprehensive financial models using Excel and Power Query.Professionally qualified (CFA, ACA, or equivalent) with a strong academic record.3+ years of experience in fast-paced industries such as tech, consulting, investment banking, or analytics.Highly analytical and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving in dynamic settings.Strong attention to detail and capable of producing clear, well-structured reports and presentations.Able to perform under pressure, managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
