The Role: How you'll make an impact at PersonioThis position can be office-based or hybrid from one of the following countries: Germany, Spain, Ireland, the Netherlands, or the UK.

As our Finance Systems Specialist, you will drive process efficiencies with a focus on our Subscription Management systems. You will drive initiatives across systems like Chargebee, Stripe, and Personio's own backend by bringing cross-departmental teams together with the goal of providing more seamless experiences for our customers.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeedAt least 5 years of experience with administering subscriptions management and/or billing systems like Chargebee, SuiteBilling, Zuora or similar.
You hold a Computer Science, Business Information System, Business Administration or similar degree.
Experience with web services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST or similar) or with workflow tools (Airtable, Airflow, Make).
Experience in a fast-paced SaaS company or in technical consulting is a big plus.
Be process-focused with a view to continuous improvements to processes that scale.
You have an affinity for system design and data, good analytical skills and a structured and independent way of working.
Ability to prioritize and navigate well in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
Ability to deliver in a highly collaborative manner that generates buy-in and enthusiasm from peers and other stakeholders.
You are business proficient in English. German and any other European language are nice-to-have.

Central point of contact: Act as a point of contact for other departments regarding our subscription, billing and payment systems.
Business process management: Actively contribute to the internal documentation and improvement of business processes, especially with focus.
Quality & governance: Continuously improve quality assurance and contribute to internal data governance guidelines.
Continuous automation: Assist the functional finance teams by continuously driving automation and addressing process inefficiencies.
Constant improvement: Constantly advise stakeholders in order to drive further improvements and automation in the field of subscription management.
