Financial Accountant (Esg)

Our client is a successful Irish Tech PLC looking for a Recently Qualified Accountant to join their Dublin team as a Financial Accountant within their ESG team.
This team is a relatively newly created team and they are currently trying to invest in this area and grow out the team.
ABOUT THE ROLE: This role sits in the Dublin office with hybrid working (2 days a week in the office) and will include a broad mix of financial accounting and analysis responsibilities.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
Support all ESG reporting within the Group;Assist with implementing ESG reporting processes;Analyse and summarise data for disclosures;Enhance the use of data and current processes;Continuously review processes and procedures considering changes in systems and in requirements of the business;Ad-hoc projects and tasks as they arise.ABOUT THE PERSON: Qualified accounting professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent);Risk assurance trained would be an advantage;ESG experience a distinct advantage but an interest in ESG is key;Commercially minded;Innovative and self-starter;This is an ideal role for someone looking for the opportunity to further develop their accounting career but within the ESG space.
