We're currently recruiting for a Part Qualified Financial Analyst to join the growing team at our Dublin, Ireland HQ in Leopardstown. The position is on a Permanent basis, offering hybrid working and a competitive compensation package.
The role is ideal for a graduate, part qualified accountant, who is enthusiastic, driven & motivated to kick start their career in Finance & Accounting within a global multinational organization, that offers structured career growth & advancement.
The Finance Analyst positions duties include:Review & interpret monthly results (financial & operational) to identify, communicate and agree on necessary actions with operational teams, to achieve quarterly budget targets.Support various internal groups.Partnering our operations colleagues on the financial delivery of a portfolio of business.Support the preparation of ad-hoc management presentations and requests.Development and preparation of annual budget.To be considered for the Financial Analyst position, you'll need:Part Qualified Accountant aligned with Irish Accountancy body (ACCA / CIMA).Bachelor's or Masters Degree (Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or Sciences is beneficial).Work experience ideally in finance & accounting (placement year is also beneficial but not essential).Enjoy working cross-functionally and collaborating with your business partners.Analytically minded and have an aptitude for problem-solving.Have an emphasis on attention to detail, accuracy and enjoy engaging with business partners.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.What ICON can offer you:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
