Description Exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Applications Analyst to join Ireland's national regulated water provider on a permanent basis.
Your role As a Financial Applications Analyst, you will be responsible for the analysis, development, modification, and maintenance of financial processes and associated systems including Oracle E-business Suite, Hyperion, Kofax/Markview, Treasury, and Tax applications. Other duties will include:
Oversee and support IT operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient running of IT financial system applications.Build and maintain expertise across all business processes and functional requirements supported by all the applications.Involvement in the design, architecture, build, and testing of new systems for both business-as-usual and project initiatives.Secondment to IT project teams as necessary and engagement with the Design and Strategy, Build & Delivery, and Business Change teams.Support the Financial Applications Team Lead by working on the resolution of incidents and problems impacting business operations supported by all applications in the role scope and align with internal ITL Standards.Qualifications and skills required 3+ years of experience in the design, support, and configuration of the relevant financial systems (including Oracle E-business Suite, Hyperion, Kofax/Markview, Treasury, and Tax applications) and associated business processes is desirable.Relevant third-level qualification and/or accreditation is desired.2+ years of experience in an IT operations environment is desirable.Experience managing a team, with strong people, change management, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders.Proven track record with dealing with complex issues, proactively and in a timely fashion.Highly motivated individual, working to the highest professional standards.What you'll get in return Permanent role with State-owned Water utility organization.Salary + performance bonus + pension contribution.Hybrid working arrangements.How to apply If you are interested in exploring this role further, please send a copy of your most recent CV to ******.
