We offer a range of fluid handling solutions across the biotech and industrial markets. This role will focus on: As the Financial Controller, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, working closely with the General Manager to drive the business forward. Your primary responsibilities will include financial reporting, planning, management accounts, P&L management, and compliance. As part of the SLT, you will lead and manage a team of 23, including two direct reports across functions such as Customer Service, Commercial Management, Supply Chain Management, and HR.
Key Accountabilities Include: Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local accounting principles.Prepare and analyze monthly group reporting.Provide financial information and analysis to General Manager and Group Finance.Manage tax accounting and reporting (VAT, profit tax, deferred tax, income tax, etc.), and support tax audits.Act as the primary contact for external auditors, tax consultants, authorities, and internal auditors.Management of a small team including Supply Chain Manager and Financial Accountant.Lead the optimization and development of financial workflows, processes, and controls.Oversee the HR function including payroll (external provider) and EHS matters, working collaboratively with the central EMEA HR team.To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven track record in accounting and controlling, preferably within a global environment.Commercial experience in a similar role.Qualification in Accounting.Experience with creating financial statements.Experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close process.Advanced Excel skills.Experience of managing a small team.As a growing and ambitious organization with a presence in over 60 global locations and across multiple markets, we can offer you the working environment and support needed to be successful.
