Our client, a well-established wealth management firm based in south Dublin, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their finance team.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role offers the chance to make a tangible impact within the finance function.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent financial expertise, and a proactive approach to managing financial operations.
Your RolePrepare and consolidate management reports, continuously seeking to enhance processes through automation.Oversee the finance team, ensuring strong internal controls and compliance with financial regulations.Lead financial reporting efforts, including the production of financial statements.Manage the budgeting process and collaborate with senior stakeholders on strategic financial decisions.Your SkillsProven experience in a Financial Controller role, with a strong background in leading teams.ACA or ACCA qualified, with comprehensive knowledge of financial processes such as accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll.Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP is an advantage.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a keen commercial insight.Should this position be of interest to you please forward your CV to Aoife Davis in Abrivia.
