What Awaits YouReview and validate project managers' inputs, including hours worked and hourly rates.Prepare performance reports of projects for the accounting team.Prepare and issue invoices to customers using detailed breakdowns of services rendered.Maintain comprehensive Excel tables to track invoices, payment statuses, and outstanding balances.Prepare periodic liquidity and cash flow reports, highlighting trends and potential risks.Track and monitor project budgets to ensure compliance with approved allocations.Regularly validate financial data for accuracy, ensuring that hours worked, rates, and invoices are correctly recorded in the system.Assist with the reconciliation of financial records for accurate month-end reporting.Act as a liaison between the finance department, project managers, and accounting team.Support team members with a hands-on mentality. Your ProfileDegree and/or training e.g.
finance/accounting/economics/business administration, but others are also possible.General appreciation of financial principles and methods.Experience working in a finance team is a plus.Experience in IT and software development project fields is a plus.Very strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, attentive to details.Knowledge of English - business fluent corresponding to at least a good B2 level.Knowledge of German - business proficiency corresponding to at least a good B1 level.Confident MS Office user (Excel, Word, Outlook).
