What you will do Our Service Engineers are involved in servicing Intruder Alarms, Access Systems, CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems.
The successful engineers will service the Fire and Security systems to the relevant industry standards, providing exceptional customer service with industry-leading technical knowledge.
We are looking for engineers who can identify and rectify problems before they occur.

How you will do it Provide excellent Customer Service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.Service the appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.Ensure your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritized correctly.Correctly complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA Certificates, or checklists as appropriate.What we look for Essential: Experience within the Fire & Security industryDriving licenseAbility to lift and climb laddersPrevious experience working in a customer-facing environmentPreferred: Hold current relevant qualifications to the industry i.e.
