CFO Construction Sector Position Description Excellent opportunity to lead the finance function of a PE backed Irish company which is closely aligned to the construction sector.
Reporting to the MD, key responsibilities will include: Supporting further growth and development of the business, acting as a key member of the SLT Commercial Finance & Commercial Decision Support Board Reporting Financial Reporting & Compliance oversight Banking, Cashflow & Treasury Management Leadership Finance, HR and IT Candidate Background Ideal candidate will have the following background: Chartered Accountant, with Big 4/ Top 10 training background Construction experience strongly preferred M&A experience and experience of working with a PE-backed company a definite plus Strong academic track record from a top university Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and leadership skills Prior experience as CFO/ Finance Director level About our Client Our client is leading Private Equity backed Irish company closely aligned to the construction sector.
