As the Flemish-speaking Content Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for analyzing and verifying information.
No sensitive content involved. Your day-to-day tasks: Contacting B2B Flemish-speaking customers by telephone (no cold calling/no sales) to verify, update and properly store/save the information in the database.Process the information and make right decisions with customer requirements based on strict policy/guidelines, and analyze information (no sensitive content).Research the process transactions to make the right decisions.The requirements: Fluency in Flemish + EnglishStrong attention to detail to ensure quality of workGood knowledge of internet and associated technologiesYour benefits: Permanent contractSalary range: from 31.810,00 EUR incl.
