Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak times.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring a high level of customer service and staff performance.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations, share feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
Guest Experience: Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or feedback, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.
Actively engage with guests to build rapport and enhance their overall experience.
Inventory and Cost Control: Manage inventory levels for the F&B department, including ordering and stock control to minimize waste and ensure availability of products.
Assist in budget management, cost control, and profitability analysis for the food and beverage operations.

Implement and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the food and beverage areas.
Event Coordination: Collaborate with the events team to coordinate and execute special events, banquets, and private dining experiences.
Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
