Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to build profitability models and recommend appropriate levels of investment, based on annual brand plans submitted by importers.Conduct profitability and pricing analysis to facilitate price increases and collaborate with senior stakeholders on price benchmarking and action planning.Oversee the Advertising & Promotion process within the international division, including monitoring of expenses, computation of monthly accruals, and validation of customer claims against earned funds.Using Power BI templates, perform financial analysis of distributors' depletion and stockholding submissions.Assist with the development of systems and processes to enhance planning, A&P, and pricing strategies.Assist in the annual sales budget process, creating standardized templates for customer sharing, followed by a thorough review, analysis, and recommendation of proposed plans for management approval.Maintain and update long-term financial plans within the corporate forecasting system.Ensure compliance with local and group reporting in relation to Finance and Tax.Perform month-end activities including preparation of journals, reconciling of accounts, and preparation of management accounts for review by the Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting.Support the implementation of Internal Controls and reporting on compliance to Group.Prepare and file all indirect tax returns, liaising with the Tax Director regarding any tax-related matters.Support the Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting and International FP&A Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis activities.Contribute to ad-hoc projects, offering well-informed recommendations to enhance effectiveness and boost sales, revenues, and customer satisfaction.Minimum Requirements: Qualified or finalist accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CPA).Minimum 2 years financial analysis experience within the industry.Advanced analytical skills.Strong systems skills, including advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of Power BI is preferred.Highly motivated, organized, and self-directed individual; results-oriented.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external contacts.Passion and personal accountability for maintaining high standards in his/her work.To apply, please email your CV to Anne Quinn, our consultant managing this assignment, via the email link below or contact 01-6797990.
