Position: French Client Administrator Location: Dublin City West (20 minutes from the City + free parking and on luas & train line) Salary: €30,000 with OTE of €32,000- €33,000 + Pension, Healthcare, Travel Allowance Type: Permanent- Full Time Contract Working Model: Hybrid working model, 2 days in office + 3 days WFM after 2 weeks training on site Hours of Work: Monday - Friday (Start from 7am - 10am) + 40 hour week Our client, a global financial services company, is seeking a claims administrator to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing a wide variety of insurance claims and documents in a timely and efficient manner.
A candidate for this position should have great administrative abilities, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to operate independently.
They need to be very customer focused ensuring they meet service level agreements to ensure customers claims are processed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities of the Role: Delivering great quality service to all clients & customers.
Resolving claims daily efficiently and in a timely manner Ensuring that correspondence is processed in a timely manner Alerting clients of the status of their claims An ability to work independently and as part of a team A passion for accuracy and attention to detail Liaising with other departments as necessary Updating and maintaining records Generating reports for relevant departments across the business.
Ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements for the Role: Candidate Profile: Fluency in both French and English Proven experience excelling in a customer facing role.
Very strong administrative skills Enjoys working on a team and has a positive attitude Enjoys working in fast-paced environment and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
