French Contracts Assistant

Your new company Your new company is a global technology organisation with multiple sites across Ireland.
They are a recognised employer of choice and due to new business, we are hiring a large team of process administrators to work full time.
These positions will be fully onsite in the companies Dublin 18 office location.
Full paid training will be provided with continued support throughout your career.
Your new role As an Administrative Assistant, you will execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines and follow all procedures to meet SLA targets to ensure that the performance goals are met.
You will review complex deals and provide expert guidance to P&F, partners and End Customers with regards to deal structure.
Weekend availability and overtime required at end of month and end of quarter.
What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role, you will speak fluent English and French, ,have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal in both languages.
Prior experience in a similar role of 1-2 years is desirable.
This role will suit a driven individual who has an excellent work ethic, enjoys a target driven environment, has excellent analytical/problem solving skills with a great eye for attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and business systems is necessary.
What you'll get in return The salary for this role starts at €36,600 per year plus bonuses.
You will be provided with all necessary training for this role.
