Responsibilities Front of house as a receptionist based in the office fulltime.Welcome and greet corporate clients and visitors to the office.Efficiently manage a busy telephone switchboard (Avaya), including call screening, forwarding and message taking.Manage meeting room bookings and diary maintenance, manage car parking space.First Aid Responder / Fire Warden (Full training given)Co-coordinate the setting-up of refreshments for meeting rooms and staff events.Complete weekly meeting room checks and canteen stock checks.Receive and dispatch couriers (local and international); receive, sort and distribute mail.Assist with personnel data management, including maintaining our in-house seat booking system.Carry out any other clerical administrative duties as required, assist the administration team during busy periods.Monitor stationery supplies ensuring continuous supply.Qualifications About You: Well-presented with a professional manner and have some experience in a similar position.Polite, friendly and approachable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong administration and organizational skills with a can-do attitude to work.Consider yourself to be a confident self-starter who is happy to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, and take responsibility for getting things done.
